You can rate a tutor whenever you pay them. After every tutoring session or payment, we will send you a text message or e-mail to ask whether you recommend them or not.

Phone tutoring calls

Once you verify your profile, you can request phone tutoring calls. We will first call the tutor to request the call, and if accepted, we'll call your number and merge the two calls. You only start getting charged when the calls are merged.

Video tutoring calls

If the tutor is online, you'll see a green light in the Video Call button. The tutor will see and hear the incoming call on the site. If they are offline, we will send them a text message and e-mail asking them to go online. Once they become available, we'll notify you so you can call them.
