About me: I am a current sophomore at American University in Washington DC. I am double majoring in Public Communications & Religious Studies, with a focus on Asian Studies, including Chinese language.
Outside of the classroom, I love creative writing and hope to one day add my own trilogy to the Young Adult Fiction shelves. I also love to sing, and have basic understanding of music theory.
Experience: I served as a peer tutor in high school in literature, history and statistics. As part of my work, I coordinated with teachers on what the students needed to focus most on, and created my own short quizzes and assignments. I also designed new strategies to explain course materials to students with ADHD and dyslexia in a succinct and memorable manner.
